This podcast episode has everything to do with couples without kids. Repeat: Couples WITHOUT kids. That changes everything, particularly the dynamic, if not the raw ability, to travel and this figure out who one another are with that travel dynamic. I love my wife and family but the travel dynamic is very relative to life circumstance. It’s worth while to differentiate the two. Haters will hate but if this is publicly posted, please first look at your own bellybutton as to life, family, income, circumstance before deciding a universal rule of “you can get together as a couple if you just take a trip together!” which may not be the reality for all.

Now THAT would make for a great future interview. If it’s in the series, I look forward to it!

      Dear Chris,

Thank you very much for your comment, we really do want feedback so it is greatly appreciated. In response to your mention about couples without kids, that’s actually not the case. Couples in Episode 1, Episode 4, and Episode 7 all have kids. It is up to the couples to decide what they want to share, and many choose to focus on things aside from their children and how that affects their relationship. Future episode focus heavily on the affect of having kids, others focus on different issues and experiences. That is a good point about having kids and travel. I think Kyle Wagner did talk of your question about traveling with someone in the beginning because that could be a test as to whether or not you think that person will be a good fit for life, for children, for future. Please continue to send your thoughts and requests! I’d love to hear how you heard about the show. Thank you for listening. All the best, Elephant Talk
